December is equal parts magic and madness, and HPS Wrapped was created to help you make time for yourself during the busiest time of year, while revisiting or discovering for the very first time some of the the most watched workouts of 2023!

Your First 10 Days on HPS is a 10 day challenge that can be done at any time by any one, but in an effort to help new members get the most out of their trial period, I pulled together 10 days of 30-45 minute workouts to help you dive right in without feeling overwhelmed by the 400+ classes in the HPS library.

If you only have 10-20 minutes a day to workout Your First 10 Days on HPS (Minis Version) is a super achievable goal that will kickstart your membership (or ease you back in!) with gentle consistency. You’ll finish this program feeling stronger, proud of yourself and with a new habit in place!

Your First 10 Days on HPS (Beginners Version) features slower, simpler (not necessarily easier!) choreography + bonus tutorial videos to help you make sense of a new technique and gain confidence with your pilates skills quickly without missing out on a great sweat sesh.
