Saturday 9am | Pilates Reformer On The Floor
Join us for Helen Phelan Studio’s signature mat pilates class that recreates the resistance and rigor of the pilates apparatus using just the mat and bodyweight for a creative, athletic workout to leave you feeling stronger, grounded and energized.
Saturday 4pm | Restorative Pilates & Stretch
Gather at THE WELL for a low-key, flow-style class with guided breath techniques, mobility flows and myo-fasical self-release. Work with massage balls to release tension, restore fascial health and relax the nervous system with Helen.
Sunday 9am | Spiral & Strengthen
Join Helen for a full body pilates mat class that emphasizes rotation and exercises that mobilize the spine, massage the gut and strengthen your body.
Monday 9am | Postural Pilates
Gather at THE WELL for a restorative core and upper body focused pilates session to help release tension in the head, neck and shoulders. Work with Helen to develop the strength needed to make long term progress towards posture correction.
